Hi, I’m Al!

I was told my whole life to “just lose the weight”. In fact, I was only 5 years old when I remember telling myself I had to “eat less”.

Traumatizing for a five year old, and still traumatizing all these years later.

I always knew something was off with my body — especially when I was eating a salad every day and working out seven days a week, yet somehow gaining weight instead of losing it. Deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.

Not to mention the cystic acne, facial hair, painful periods, & hair loss that I had dealt for YEARS.

Anyways, I’m not a doctor, but I’ve dealt with and researched PCOS for what feels like a lifetime. I hope this becomes a place where I can share it all, and we can learn together.

love you forever,

Al
